King Sturge Move to New Glasgow Offices in St Vincent Street

Following a period of sustained growth and expansion, international property consultants King Sturge are relocating to a new larger office at 145 St Vincent Street in the heart of the Glasgow’s traditional central business district this weekend.

King Sturge has agreed terms on a ten-year lease of the sixth floor which extends to circa 4,365 sq. ft (405.53 sq. m).  The new office has been fitted-out to King Sturge’s requirements and will allow for future expansion.  It also features all the benefits of a modern open plan office, with the very latest IT facilities.  King Sturge also has a well-established Scottish base in Edinburgh and offices throughout the UK.

Norman Pollock, Partner in Charge of King Sturge in Glasgow comments:

“We have seen increased activity across all sectors of our business, including the expansion of our residential and planning teams.  This move will further enhance our reputation in the Scottish marketplace and be a fantastic platform for our growing business”.

Alan Watt Consulting and DTZ acted on behalf of landlords, City Site Estates throughout the transaction.
