Leading property consultant, CB Richard Ellis (Scotland), has been appointed as sole agent by Scottish Enterprise to market a key development area in Peterhead, Aberdeen.
Part of the ‘Project Energetica’ initiative, the site covers 60 acres of prime industrial development land earmarked for the area’s renewables sector. The first 30 acres of the site are now released for sale or lease, and can be taken in lots from one acre up.
Project Energetica’s aim is to position the Aberdeen City and Shire region as a global energy hub with a dynamic, low carbon environment that will attract and retain talent, competing with the best locations across the world.
