Ryden, for a private client, has sold an entire townhouse at 185 St. Vincent Street in Glasgow to city-based investors and developers, Land & Property Holdings plc.  Offers over £1.3 million were sought for the property.
 
185 St. Vincent Street was only marketed for a matter of weeks before it sold.  The property extends to 4,854 sq ft over four storeys and includes four spaces in the basement car park.
